210.6 Million XRP Destination Revealed – Here’s Where It Went

  • Ripple moves 210.6 million XRP between internal wallets, sources confirm.
  • Whale Alert tracks massive XRP shift to newly activated Ripple wallet.
  • No exchanges involved as XRP remains under Ripple’s internal control.

A massive XRP transaction involving 210,669,117 tokens, valued at over $738 million, was executed earlier today. The funds were moved from one Ripple-controlled wallet to another within its internal structure.

According to Whale Alert, a leading blockchain tracking service, the XRP tokens were sent from an unidentified wallet to a newly activated address. The transaction was not linked to any exchange or known liquidity provider.

However, further details provided by @XRPwallets on X revealed that the receiving wallet had been activated in June 2022. The address was identified as a Ripple subwallet, and the transfer originated from another Ripple-managed source.

This activity rules out any external sale or offloading event. Both wallets involved appear to be within Ripple’s own system, suggesting the movement was strategic and internally coordinated.

Based on previous activity, this movement aligns with Ripple’s regular practice of repositioning XRP between controlled wallets. These internal transfers often precede monthly escrow adjustments or reserve reorganizations.

According to @XRPwallets, the destination wallet had remained inactive since its creation in mid-2022. Its sudden use today implies a planned allocation or liquidity staging process, potentially tied to broader company operations.

Additionally, similar large-scale XRP transfers in the past few days have signaled internal treasury actions rather than market-facing activity. On-chain data shows the funds still reside within the Ripple ecosystem.

The 210.6 million XRP transfer has now been confirmed as an internal transaction between Ripple-managed wallets. According to Whale Alert and @XRPwallets, both addresses are Ripple subwallets, and the movement signals a likely custodial adjustment rather than market activity.
