Alert: Egrag Crypto Warns Its ‘Time to Buy XRP’ – Here’s Why

  • XRP enters rare oversold RSI zone seen before major rebounds.
  • Egrag Crypto highlights a historical RSI signal linked to XRP bottoms.
  • Technical analysis suggests XRP approaching accumulation phase after extended market decline.

Crypto market analyst EGRAG Crypto has released a technical update indicating that XRP may be entering a historical accumulation zone after its weekly Relative Strength Index dropped into one of the deepest oversold levels ever recorded for the asset.

In his latest analysis, he stated that previous instances when XRP’s weekly RSI reached similar levels coincided with major market bottoms, including those observed in 2014, 2015, 2018, 2020, and 2022.

According to EGRAG Crypto, those periods typically marked the beginning of broader bottoming structures that later transitioned into stabilization phases before stronger price recoveries emerged. Hence, this period is likely a good time to buy, according to his analysis.

Oversold RSI Zone Historically Marked Key XRP Turning Points

The analysis highlights a recurring pattern in XRP’s long-term market structure where extreme RSI weakness appeared near the final stage of extended corrections. Historical chart data shows that once the weekly RSI entered this deeply oversold region, downside momentum gradually slowed while the market began transitioning toward stabilization.

Moreover, the oversold region appears as a defined range rather than a single precise level, indicating that the market usually spends time consolidating within that band before a clearer directional move develops. Earlier cycles demonstrate that when XRP moved into this zone, the market often shifted away from aggressive declines and began forming a broader accumulation structure.

Historical Market Structure Shows Multi-Stage Reversal Pattern

Earlier XRP cycles also reveal that recoveries generally unfolded through several structural stages after the RSI entered extreme oversold territory. In many cases, the market first experienced a final liquidity movement that cleared weaker positions during the late phase of the decline.

Following that stage, price activity often transitioned into a consolidation period characterized by sideways trading and reduced volatility as accumulation activity increased among longer-term investors. Gradually, buyers absorbed supply within the range while downward momentum weakened.

Over time, this process allowed the broader market structure to stabilize before stronger upward expansions developed in later phases of the cycle. Historical chart behavior, therefore, shows that the current RSI structure places XRP in a region that previously appeared during earlier bottoming phases, prompting analysts to monitor whether the familiar consolidation pattern will emerge again during the present market cycle.
