What to Know
- Shiba Inu exchange inflows jumped roughly 128%, but withdrawals remained higher, leaving netflows near negative 87.05 billion SHIB overall.
- Large SHIB withdrawals reached 4.51 billion tokens, while declining exchange reserves reduced immediately available supply across trading platforms further.
- SHIB trades near $0.00000443, with weak momentum and resistance between $0.00000457 and $0.00000490 limiting its potential price recovery.
Shiba Inu is recording heavier exchange withdrawals than deposits, even as one SHIB inflow measurement has increased by roughly 128%. The imbalance suggests holders are removing more tokens from trading platforms despite stronger exchange activity.
According to CryptoQuant, exchange inflows increased 87.76% over 24 hours, while shorter-term measurements recorded a 128% increase in exchange activity. Total exchange inflows also increased 1.9%, reaching approximately 147.57 billion SHIB. Higher deposits can increase potential selling pressure because holders gain easier access to exchange liquidity.
However, inflows only reveal one side of SHIB’s exchange activity. Withdrawal figures remain considerably larger and present a different picture of holder behavior. Total exchange outflows increased 4.27% to approximately 234.62 billion SHIB. Consequently, roughly 87 billion more tokens left exchanges than entered them during the measured period.

SHIB Netflows Show Withdrawals Still Dominate Exchange Activity
SHIB’s exchange netflow currently stands near negative 87.05 billion tokens, representing another 3.82% decline. Negative netflows indicate that withdrawals are exceeding deposits across tracked exchanges. Moreover, larger transactions reinforce the same trend. Top-10 exchange inflows reached approximately 3.32 billion SHIB, while corresponding outflows reached 4.51 billion tokens.
Top-10 outflows also increased 9.68%, showing that larger holders contributed to the broader withdrawal pattern. Additionally, exchange reserves declined 0.1% to approximately 87.32 trillion SHIB. Falling exchange reserves can reduce the amount of SHIB immediately available for trading. However, lower supply alone cannot establish a market recovery without stronger buying demand.
SHIB Price Still Faces Major Resistance Levels
SHIB currently trades around $0.00000443 and remains below several important moving averages. Buyers face immediate resistance between $0.00000447 and $0.00000457. Beyond that range, the $0.00000490 level represents a stronger barrier that buyers would need to reclaim. Moreover, the relative strength index remains near 44, reflecting subdued market momentum.

Therefore, the 128% inflow increase does not provide enough evidence that SHIB’s decline has ended. Net withdrawals offer a potentially supportive supply signal, but price action remains weak. SHIB needs stronger demand to convert declining exchange supply into meaningful price momentum. Reclaiming $0.00000457 would strengthen the recovery case and bring $0.00000490 into consideration. Until those resistance levels break, exchange outflows and falling reserves remain supportive signals within an otherwise weak SHIB market structure.
