Shiba Inu Bears Lose Ground as SHIB Absorbs Heavy Exchange Inflows

Summary

  • Heavy exchange deposits produced a positive SHIB netflow, yet buyers prevented the additional supply from extending recent losses much further.
  • SHIB recovered from below $0.00000480, reclaimed shorter-term moving averages, and showed improving price resilience despite persistent selling pressure from bears.
  • Network activity strengthened as transferred volume, transaction activity, and transfer counts increased, supporting SHIB’s broader stabilization outlook during the period.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) has resisted further losses despite exchanges receiving more than 465 billion tokens during the latest measured period. On-chain data shows exchange inflows reached 465.652 billion SHIB, representing a 2.46% increase across the previous daily session.

Meanwhile, investors withdrew approximately 350.424 billion SHIB, leaving exchanges with a positive netflow near 115.228 billion tokens. Positive exchange netflows usually raise selling concerns because deposited assets become readily available for trading on centralized platforms.

However, SHIB has absorbed the additional supply without extending its decline, indicating that bearish pressure may be losing strength. Average exchange inflows also increased to approximately 1.132 billion SHIB per transaction during the measured period.

Such large deposits can weaken short-term support when holders move their tokens onto exchanges with plans to sell. Nevertheless, buyers have defended a critical price region despite the increased availability of SHIB across trading platforms.

SHIB briefly fell below $0.00000480 before recovering toward $0.00000537 as buyers responded to the attempted breakdown. That recovery created a noticeable lower wick on the daily chart, reflecting stronger demand around the lower price range.

SHIB Reclaims Moving Averages as Network Activity Improves

Moreover, the rebound pushed SHIB above shorter-term moving averages positioned between $0.00000500 and $0.00000520. Regaining this cluster does not confirm a bullish reversal, although it strengthens the token’s immediate technical structure.

Bears temporarily forced SHIB beneath established support but failed to maintain control below the important $0.00000480 level. Consequently, further exchange deposits could have less influence if buyers keep absorbing the available supply near current prices.

This structure can indicate seller exhaustion when large inflows repeatedly fail to produce lower daily closing prices. Additionally, Shiba Inu’s network activity remained stable instead of weakening alongside the token’s earlier price decline.

Total transferred volume increased by 1.09% to approximately 3.006 trillion SHIB during the measured period. Transaction activity rose by 0.96%, while the number of transfers recorded a separate 1.03% increase.

These figures show that users remained active across the network despite uncertainty surrounding SHIB’s short-term direction. Significantly, stronger activity could support broader participation while the token attempts to establish support above $0.00000500.

Still, positive exchange netflows remain a risk because deposited tokens could reach the market if holders begin selling. A decline below $0.00000480 would weaken the stabilization outlook and expose SHIB to another period of sustained bearish pressure.

Conversely, holding above the moving-average cluster could allow SHIB to challenge resistance beyond the recent $0.00000537 recovery level. Shiba Inu has not completed a decisive reversal, but its response to heavy exchange inflows shows improving price resilience.
