EliseAI has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation to expand its AI tools for housing and healthcare providers. According to the company’s announcement, Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners led the financing, with Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures, and Navitas Capital also participating.

EliseAI plans to hire more engineers, deployment specialists, and sales staff across North America while establishing a San Francisco engineering hub alongside its New York headquarters. Those investments will support its effort to handle more of its customers’ daily operations.

In June 2026, EliseAI reported more than $200 million in annual recurring revenue and five consecutive years of annual revenue doubling. The company also estimates that its platform serves one in six U.S. apartments.

More than 30 million Americans have interacted with EliseAI’s technology since its founding, according to the announcement, although the company did not provide a separate figure for its healthcare services.

Housing providers initially adopted EliseAI to manage leasing inquiries and resident communications. Since then, the company has added tools for maintenance, renewals, and other property tasks, giving customers more ways to use the platform across their operations.

New Funding Supports Wider Automation and a San Francisco Engineering Hub

Earlier this month, EliseAI introduced Apollo, an AI agent designed to complete tasks within its platform. The company says Apollo works with software systems property teams already use. It aims to help leasing agents, managers, and executives handle work across different housing functions.

EliseAI plans to use the financing to develop more capabilities and deploy them for additional customers. Co-founder and chief executive Minna Song linked the company’s growth to taking on more work for housing clients. “Every year our customers trust us with more of their operations,” Song stated.

Song also described housing as an industry with substantial operational problems to solve. She credited the company’s work with customers for helping it identify and address the causes of those problems.

Bessemer partner Sameer Dholakia joined EliseAI’s board as part of the financing. He cited the company’s understanding of property operations alongside its AI research and engineering work.

Meanwhile, EliseAI’s healthcare business serves specialty physician groups. Its tools handle incoming patient calls and assist with referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation, and follow-up. The company applies its housing approach to administrative work that can take clinical staff away from patients.

EliseAI reports that healthcare customers have improved patient experiences and given clinical staff more time for care. However, the announcement did not include healthcare revenue, customer numbers, or detailed results supporting those claims. Its housing figures therefore provide the clearest measure of the company’s reported reach.

The financing gives EliseAI funding to expand its teams and take on more work across both industries. Its plans include a second engineering hub and further development of tools for housing and healthcare providers.
