Investors appeared to adopt a cautious approach, with several large-cap cryptocurrencies posting losses while a handful of lower-cap tokens attracted fresh buying interest and delivered impressive double-digit gains.
Bitcoin (BTC) traded at $62,574.06, marking a 1.3% decline over the past 24 hours while recording $16.81 billion in trading volume and maintaining a market capitalization of $1.26 trillion, reinforcing its position as the market’s largest cryptocurrency despite the broader pullback.
Ethereum (ETH) also traded lower, falling 1.4% to $1,842.67 after generating $5.01 billion in daily trading volume, while its market capitalization remained at $222.38 billion, reflecting continued activity even as buyers stepped back from the market.
BNB (BNB) outperformed several leading cryptocurrencies despite remaining in negative territory, easing only 0.4% to $582.12, supported by $441.44 million in trading volume and a market capitalization of $77.52 billion. Meanwhile, XRP (XRP) declined 1.3% to $1.07, posting $791.55 million in trading volume with a market capitalization of $66.79 billion, while Solana (SOL) matched Bitcoin’s percentage loss by falling 1.3% to $72.53, supported by $971.78 million in daily trading activity.
