BitTrade – a Japanese-based cryptocurrency exchange has announced the listing of popular memecoins Dogecoin and Shiba Inu. The new development was announced via an X (formerly Twitter) post on October 16.
According to the post, BitTrade will celebrate the listing with an Amazon gift card giveaway worth 5,000 yen to 10 lucky winners. The campaign which started at 4:00 pm on October 16 will run until Monday, October 23, 2023.

The winners will be selected randomly among the users who meet specific requirements. Furthermore, the winners of the campaign will be contacted directed through X (formerly Twitter). Also, BitTrade stressed some terms regarding the campaign which can be seen here.
With the addition of Dogecoin and Shiba Inu, the total number of cryptocurrencies offered by BitTrade is now 34 including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Ripple (XRP).
Shiba Inu team drops major Shiba Inu gaming and NFT updates
Meanwhile, Shiba Inu marketing strategist known by the pseudonym Lucie, dropped a major update regarding Shiboshis. Shiboshis is an exclusive collection of 10,000 NFTs that was released on October 14.
Lucie took to her X account to tease some exciting news regarding the project. Per her post, Shiboshi breeding will be introduced soon and a new breed “the Shiboshis” will also join the gang.
Furthermore, she stated that more updates will be underway soon like the development and launch of a play-to-earn (P2E) game on the Shibarium network. She added that players who participate will have the opportunity to earn an unreleased token $TREAT by playing Shiba Eternity.
Highlighting the importance of Shiboshi, Lucie added that players will need Shiboshi before they can get TREAT in the game. What’s more, Shiboshi will slowly evolve in the Shib metaverse.
Finally, she added that only a limited amount of Shiboshi is available at the moment, “Only 123 Shiboshis are available to 1 ETH,” she said.

What’s more, Shiba Inu has a 24-hour trading volume of $155,561,244 ($155.5 million) with a live market cap of $4,240,953,728 ($4.2 billion). Finally, SHIB is ranked #19 on the crypto market chart with a circulating supply of 589,346,914,631,298 (589 trillion) SHIB tokens.
