The recipient address, invoked by a 70 million XRP transfer in October 2023, has 173. 661 million XRP. This involves recent transactions such as the 150 million XRP that was recently moved. This massive transfer of XRP remains large-scale and unexplained, which has significantly spurred discussions on the role Ripple, as a company, plays in the market and the possible future course of XRP prices.
