- Just 2,486 XRP secures a spot in top 10%.
- Top 1% holders control over 50,000 XRP each.
- XRP wealth remains concentrated among a few dominant wallet holders.
The latest XRP wallet distribution data has provided updated figures on what it takes to rank among the top holders of the digital asset. According to John Squire (@TheCryptoSquire), a recognized voice in the crypto space, wallets holding at least 2,486 XRP now fall within the top 10% of all XRP accounts globally.
The latest statistics demonstrate the steep wealth distribution graph among XRP holders. Only 663 accounts that correspond to the top 0.01 percent hold at least 5.7 million XRP. On the other hand, to join the top 0.1 percent and less, you will have to save 369,080 XRP, and to join the top 0.5 percent and less, 100,000 XRP is required.
Additionally, 50,637 XRP climbs into the top 1% of coins and tokens, making that another metric of XRP elite within the larger cryptocurrency universe. Except for 25,639 XRP, placing wallets in the top 2%, 16,299 XRP secures a spot in the top 3%, while 8,758 XRP is needed even at the 5 percent level.

Distribution Data Highlights Wealth Concentration in XRP Ecosystem
The updated chart reveals that a relatively small percentage of accounts control a disproportionately large share of XRP in circulation. There are more than 600,000 active wallets in the top 10% ranking, which is a high concentration at the top.
According to the data, to qualify as a top 10% holder, an account must now contain no less than 2,486 XRP. The report further validates the fact that of this figure, exactly 663,301 accounts reside in this category, providing a clearer picture of the distribution of retail holders in the network.

The chart categorizes each tier as an increment on the wealthier ladder, where there is considerable variation in a small change of ownership that significantly alters the ranks in the wallet. Moreover, the numbers highlight that a significant portion of XRP remains concentrated in the hands of a small group of holders.
Each tier in the chart reflects a step in the wealth ladder, where slight differences in holdings drastically change a wallet’s rank. Having only 2,486 XRP to reach the top 10 percent, many of its present holders will be placed on a list higher than they might have thought.
