Fresh XRP rich list data shared on X has renewed focus on how narrowly distributed the asset has become. According to Cryptobilbuwoo0, only about 330,000 accounts now hold more than 10,000 XRP, representing a very small percentage of total network participants.
High Balance Wallets Control a Disproportionate Share
The latest balance range data shows extreme concentration at the top of the XRP holders network, with just six accounts, representing far less than 0.01%, holding more than 1,000,000,000 XRP and combined balances exceeding 8,847,959,450 XRP.

Additionally, only 20 accounts fall within the 500,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 XRP range, accounting for a fraction of 0.01% of all accounts while holding over 10,684,285,038 XRP combined.
Moreover, 65 accounts hold between 100,000,000 and 500,000,000 XRP, and despite representing a negligible percentage of total accounts, they collectively control more than 11,673,455,467 XRP.
Mid-Range XRP Holders Remain Limited in Number
Moving down the distribution, seven-figure balances remain uncommon, with only 1,324 accounts holding between 1,000,000 and 5,000,000 XRP, accounting for well under 1% of total accounts.
Additionally, just 238 accounts fall within the 20,000,000 to 100,000,000 XRP range, while another 179 accounts hold between 10,000,000 and 20,000,000 XRP, highlighting how thin this tier remains.
According to the data, 28,606 accounts hold between 100,000 and 500,000 XRP, representing roughly 0.7% of total accounts while controlling a meaningful share of supply. Meanwhile, 185,814 accounts hold between 10,000 and 25,000 XRP, making up close to 5% of total accounts and collectively controlling about 2,790,828,045 XRP.
Earlier Distribution Data Shows Declining Holdings Over Time
Earlier percentile data shared by Cryptobilbuwoo0 adds broader context, showing that the top 1% of XRP accounts previously required about 48,710 XRP, covering roughly 74,763 accounts. Beyond that threshold, balances dropped quickly, with only 10% of accounts now holding more than 2,331 XRP while the remaining 90% held relatively small amounts.
Lower balance categories dominated in volume, as more than 3,556,146 accounts, representing over 60%, held between 0 and 20 XRP, while over 2,546,898 accounts, roughly 40%, held between 20 and 500 XRP. Additionally, many participants operate multiple wallets, which likely inflates account percentages and reduces the estimated number of unique individuals holding more than 10,000 XRP.
Taken together, the data reflect a consistent pattern where XRP ownership continues to concentrate among smaller percentages of large holders while average balances across the network gradually decline.
