Binance Coin (BNB) recorded a strong increase in trading activity as spot and derivatives volumes expanded across major exchanges. The higher participation aligned with improving price action, indicating traders have increased exposure to the exchange token. Moreover, derivatives metrics and technical indicators reflected stronger confidence as BNB attempted to extend its recent recovery.
According to CoinMarketCap data, BNB’s 24-hour spot trading volume climbed above $160 million, while futures trading volume surpassed $800 million, signaling stronger participation from leveraged traders. Additionally, open interest remained close to $950 million, suggesting many participants retained or expanded their positions instead of reducing market exposure.
Exchange positioning also favored buyers, with long-to-short ratios remaining above 1.9 across major trading platforms, highlighting sustained bullish sentiment despite broader market uncertainty. Â Consequently, the combination of higher volume and elevated open interest suggested traders remained confident in BNB’s short-term outlook.

Rising Binance activity supports BNB recovery
Trading activity also accelerated across the Binance exchange, strengthening demand for its native token. Exchange data showed Binance processed more than $430 million in BNB trading volume during the past 24 hours. That figure remained comfortably ahead of competing exchanges, including OKX, Bybit and Bitunix, reinforcing Binance’s dominant position in BNB trading.
Besides higher exchange activity, BNB continues serving a central role throughout the Binance ecosystem. Users rely on the token for trading fee discounts, ecosystem rewards and various blockchain applications. Therefore, stronger activity across the platform naturally supports additional demand for BNB while increasing its utility across multiple services.

Price action also reflected the improving technical picture, with BNB reclaiming both its 50-day and 100-day moving averages, turning the $575 to $576 range into an important support area. Â Moreover, the rally briefly lifted the token toward the $600 level before moderate profit-taking pulled the price back near $589.
Technical indicators also strengthened alongside the recovery. The Relative Strength Index climbed to nearly 59 while remaining below overbought territory. However, the 200-day moving average still sits near $652, making it the next major resistance level.
Conclusion
Higher trading volume, elevated derivatives participation and improving technical indicators have strengthened BNB’s recovery. Even so, holding above $575 and breaking through the $600 resistance level will remain important before traders can confirm a stronger bullish trend.
