In Brief:
- XRP Ledger activity expanded as transactions per closed ledger climbed 150.2%, alongside substantial growth in payments and transferred XRP value.
- Active users surged 224%, while new accounts and decentralized exchange operations showed broader participation across the XRP Ledger network ecosystem.
- XRP traded near $1.48 above its long-term moving average, although an overbought RSI increased consolidation and price-retest risks for traders.
XRP Ledger activity has expanded, with transactions per closed ledger increasing 150.2% to 176.33. This metric measures operations processed during each ledger cycle, providing a direct view of network usage.
Successful transactions climbed 111.8% to 2.2 million, while total transactions grew 78.9% to 2.6 million. Payment transactions increased 8.9% to 605,400, reflecting use of XRPL’s transfer infrastructure.
Payment volume advanced 140.8% to 739.8 million XRP as users moved value across the network. XRP burned through transaction fees increased 81.3%, reinforcing evidence of heavier activity.

Active Users and Decentralized Exchange Operations Record Strong Growth
User participation strengthened, giving the network expansion a foundation beyond XRP prices. Active users surged 224% to 483,600, while active accounts increased 27.7% to 17,300.
Users created 2,600 new accounts, representing a 28% increase during the period. Decentralized exchange activity expanded as traders interacted more frequently with XRPL’s native trading infrastructure.
OfferCreate operations rose 56.2% to 965,700, showing increased order placement across the decentralized exchange. Furthermore, OfferCancel operations jumped 150.8% to around 222,300 as participants adjusted their market positions. These figures make the transaction density increase harder to dismiss as a temporary technical anomaly.
XRP Price Gains Face an Overbought Market Risk
XRP strengthened alongside the network expansion and traded near $1.48 while clearing important technical levels. The token moved above its long-term moving average near $1.35 as market trading volume increased considerably.
However, the daily Relative Strength Index reached approximately 85.9, placing XRP firmly within overbought territory. This reading increases the possibility of consolidation or a price retest as traders secure profits from the rally.

Nevertheless, measurable growth across payments, accounts, and decentralized trading gives XRP’s advance a network-based foundation. Sustained transaction density would strengthen evidence that practical XRPL demand supports the token’s broader market performance.
Conversely, declining activity could indicate that temporary market enthusiasm influenced part of the reported network expansion. Future ledger readings will determine whether XRPL can preserve this usage level while XRP navigates overbought conditions.
