Summary
- Binance adds 25 stock listings across major industries, expanding conventional market access through T+1 settlement and securities lending service programs.
- bStocks tokenized assets approach $754 million as holder numbers reach 1.3 million, despite a steep decline in monthly transfer volume.
- Binance’s dual structure combines custodial stock trading with blockchain-based fractional assets, potentially creating more candidates for tokenization across its platform.
Binance is expanding its stock trading platform with 25 new listings across logistics, defense, technology, and other key sectors. Trading for the securities begins at 13:30 UTC on September 21, broadening the exchange’s offering for eligible investors.
Among the listings are FedEx Freight, Applied Aerospace and Defense, and leveraged exchange-traded funds linked to chipmaker SK Hynix. Trades will follow the standard T+1 settlement cycle, meaning transactions settle one business day after their execution date.
Once settlement finishes, eligible investors can access the Fully Paid Securities Lending program and earn income by lending securities. Binance Stock Trading follows regular United States market hours and holds customer securities through a conventional custodial arrangement.
Conversely, bStocks offers tokenized equities as BEP-20 assets, enabling round-the-clock trading and fractional purchases starting from $5. Users can hold supported bStocks assets within personal wallets rather than depending on centralized custody.

bStocks Holdings Rise Despite Lower Transfer Volume

Popular holdings include tokenized exposure to Nvidia, Tesla, and SpaceX shares. However, monthly transfer volume dropped 75% to $12.34 billion while total value and holder numbers moved higher.
This divergence suggests investors are transferring assets less frequently, although the figures cannot confirm a broad shift toward long-term holding. Some holders may also use tokenized stocks within decentralized finance protocols for lending or other income-generating strategies.
Traditional Listings Could Support Further Tokenization
Binance currently offers 77 real-world asset tokens through bStocks, providing an established foundation for possible additions. Consequently, the most actively traded securities among the 25 listings could become candidates for future tokenization.
Nevertheless, traditional stocks and bStocks retain different trading hours, settlement processes, custody arrangements, and accessibility structures. The expansion therefore increases investor choice while reinforcing Binance’s wider effort to connect conventional markets with blockchain-based financial products.
