Breaking: Binance Executive Tigran Gambaryan Denied Second Bail Request By Nigerian Court

Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court of Abuja has rejected the second bail application by the ailing Binance executive, Tigram Gambaryan. The bail request was on the grounds of the failing health condition of the American citizen. Gambaryan had voiced complaints about a significant decline in his health status amid the court trial relating to money laundering and naira manipulation.

However, on October 11, the judge denied his request stating that his bail application constituted an abuse of the court process according to a report from a local news media, Nairametrics. The judge noted that Gambaryan still has a pending appeal challenging the denial of the first bail application. Moreover, the new bail application did not present any fresh arguments about the medical care assigned to him in the country.
