Heavy selling swept through the cryptocurrency market during the latest trading session, dragging down Bitcoin (BTC) and major altcoins in a broad-based correction. Market participants reacted to fading short-term momentum, which triggered synchronized declines across large-cap digital assets. Although liquidity remained elevated, price action clearly favored sellers across leading exchanges.
Bitcoin (BTC) traded at $67,622.35 after slipping 0.8% over 24 hours. Trading volume reached $44,267,945,207, reflecting continued repositioning among institutional and retail traders. Market capitalization held near $1,352,137,317,269, yet downside pressure persisted.
Ethereum (ETH) declined 1.3% to $2,035.27 as activity climbed to $22,017,758,785. Its market capitalization stood at $245,655,894,648, reinforcing weakness across large-cap altcoins. Even as leading cryptocurrencies moved lower, several smaller tokens posted strong gains. These advances reflected targeted speculative flows despite the wider downturn. Power Protocol (POWER) surged 74.2% to $1.91, supported by $40,416,198 in trading volume.
Dent (DENT) jumped 36.9% to $0.0003783 while processing $194,856,082 in turnover. MYX Finance (MYX) climbed 30.1% to $0.4588 with $49,364,058 in activity.
Mira (MIRA) advanced 28.2% to $0.1095 as volume reached $83,834,652. Eclipse (ES) rose 26.1% to $0.1484 on $9,300,501 in trades. Diem (DIEM) increased 22.8% to $673.06, though liquidity remained comparatively modest at $645,318.
Terra Luna Classic (LUNC) gained 19.9% to $0.00004404 with $68,846,467 in volume. RaveDAO (RAVE) added 21.6% to $0.3586 while generating $100,374,764 in turnover. Venice Token (VVV) climbed 20.2% to $4.98 on $20,234,252 in trading activity.
