Popular decentralized non-custodial wallet, MetaMask has announced the launch of a new upgrade to its user interface. MetaMask took to its Twitter account to inform users that the new update tagged “v10.33” is live.
According to the post, the new update comes with a cleaner layout, more intuitive site connections, network, and account selection. This upgrade was necessary to improve and enable a simpler web3 journey.

What’s new?
Once logged in after the upgrade, users will notice some changes done to the top rows of the MetaMask wallet. It now has a crisper layout when opened on a browser. Users will notice that the two top rows which previously displayed options like wallet address, connection status, network selection, and account selection have been merged into a single row. Consequently, this change shows you everything you need at a quick glance.

Furthermore, the new v10.33 update now has an obvious ‘site connections’ option at the top right corner which enables you to easily manage and interact with the dApps connected to your MetaMask wallet.
Also, in the new upgrade, the account selection has been separated from the global menu navigation. In addition, the account avatar has been placed beside the account name so as to make it easier to access.

In addition, MetaMask is big on enhancing the security of its platform and has added enhanced protective features to the latest update. Users may now authorize transactions based on the received notification with clarity because site connections have been made more obvious.
In the new MetaMask wallet upgrade, the network selector has been moved to the top left corner of the header. Finally, now, every network has a corresponding token.
