Bitcoin Holds $79,000 as Zcash Leads Mixed Crypto Market Trading

The cryptocurrency market traded unevenly as Bitcoin and several major altcoins declined, while Zcash, Solana, and TRON recorded gains. Bitcoin (BTC) traded at $79,337.89 following a 0.4% decline during the latest 24-hour reporting period, while its trading volume reached $22.81 billion. Moreover, Bitcoin maintained a market capitalization of $1.59 trillion, preserving its dominant position across the broader cryptocurrency market.


Ethereum (ETH) changed hands at $2,486.14 after losing 0.5% during the measured period. Its trading volume reached $10.72 billion. ETH retained a market capitalization of $303.35 billion, making it the second-largest cryptocurrency in the market.


Meanwhile, BNB (BNB) declined 2.1% to $743.23, recording the largest loss among the leading five non-stablecoin cryptocurrencies. BNB generated $1.08 billion in trading volume, while its total market capitalization stood at approximately $98.96 billion.


XRP (XRP) also faced selling pressure and dropped 1.1% to $1.40. Its trading volume reached $1.74 billion. Consequently, XRP held a market valuation of $87.65 billion, maintaining its position among the largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization.


Solana (SOL) moved against the broader weakness, rising 1.2% to $104.36 during the reporting period. Additionally, SOL recorded $3.78 billion in trading volume and maintained a market capitalization of $61.16 billion.


TRON (TRX) gained 1% and traded at $0.3364, supported by approximately $289.39 million in trading activity. Zcash (ZEC) delivered the strongest performance among the listed major cryptocurrencies, climbing 3.5% to $1,184.92.


Significantly, ZEC generated $1.64 billion in trading volume and reached a market capitalization slightly above $20.04 billion. Hyperliquid (HYPE) posted a modest 0.2% increase, bringing its market price to $86.27. Trading volume reached $1.42 billion. However, Dogecoin (DOGE) lost 1.8% and traded at $0.08932, with trading volume measuring approximately $847.12 million.

Top Gainers Deliver Triple-Digit Returns as Smaller Tokens Attract Traders

Smaller cryptocurrencies recorded considerably larger advances, although their lower rankings and liquidity profiles may expose traders to greater volatility. A Meme Coin (AMC) led the gainers with a 193.1% increase, lifting its market price to $0.1239.


AMC also generated $172.91 million in trading volume, considerably exceeding the activity reported by several other leading gainers. Pare (PARE) followed with a 180.6% increase to $0.02119, supported by $9.61 million in trading volume.


Orbio.so (ORBIO) gained 150.7% and reached $0.0186, while its recorded trading volume stood at $3.13 million. Besides those gains, Boner Coin (BONER) advanced 111.9% to $0.06502 on trading volume of $42.62 million.


Nym (NYM) climbed 70.7% to $0.03173, while its trading activity reached approximately $2.82 million. GRX Chain (GRX) increased 62.3% to $21.19, supported by a comparatively stronger trading volume of $28.39 million.


Moreover, Ubik (UBIK) rose 63.8% to $0.02553, with its trading volume reaching approximately $5.25 million. Nockchain (NOCK) gained 58.7% and traded at $0.03245, while its recorded volume stood at $4.25 million.


Konnect (KCT) completed the listed gainers with a 52.1% increase, reaching $0.00313 on volume below $1 million. Overall, major cryptocurrencies produced limited movements, while ZEC and several smaller tokens attracted stronger speculative activity during the measured period.
