Pi Network has announced its first Ecosystem Summit, bringing developers together for a three-day event featuring platform updates and application showcases. The online summit will take place November 17–19, 2026, with new developer tools and hackathon plans forming major highlights.

According to Pi Network’s October 15 announcement, the event will introduce platform capabilities and demonstrate tools supporting application development. The summit also aims to strengthen network utility by connecting developers with resources and an established community of users.

Unlike Pi Day and Pi2Day, which cover broader network developments, the summit will concentrate on developers and ecosystem applications. Participants will also interact with Pi Core Team members through sessions covering technical improvements and application development opportunities.

Pi Network Plans Developer Demonstrations and New Hackathon Announcement

The summit will feature technical demonstrations explaining how developers can integrate Pi tools into their applications. These sessions will highlight available resources and practical methods for building services within the ecosystem.

Additionally, companies and community developers will showcase applications that use Pi and provide services to Pioneers. The presentations will demonstrate existing projects and explain how developers incorporate Pi into their products.

Developer conversations will bring application creators together with Pi Core Team members to examine opportunities across the network. Participants will discuss community support, development challenges, and potential improvements to the platform’s existing capabilities.

Pi Network will also introduce an upcoming hackathon designed to encourage developers to create applications within its ecosystem. Organizers plan to reveal further details about the competition during the November event.

Pi Network Highlights 60 Million Users and Growing Application Ecosystem

Pi Network’s developer ecosystem includes more than 60 million Engaged Pioneers and over 300 Mainnet applications. Its infrastructure also includes more than 420,000 Nodes and over 18.1 million users who have completed KYC verification.

These figures represent the existing community and technical resources available to developers building applications on Pi. The network provides application discovery, user authentication, and payment capabilities to support development.

Developers can use these services to connect their applications with users across the ecosystem. During the summit, Pi Network will demonstrate how these resources support application creation and practical network utility.

Pi Network Expands AI Development Tools and Application Support

Throughout 2026, Pi Network has introduced technical improvements designed to simplify application development and deployment. Its Pi App Studio supports externally created AI applications, allowing developers to integrate existing projects into the ecosystem.

Meanwhile, the SoloHost platform enables developers to deploy self-hosted AI applications using available development resources. Additional improvements include expanded software development kit functionality and updated documentation covering developer capabilities.

The summit will demonstrate these tools alongside additional platform features intended to support application creation. Developers will also receive information about integrating Pi’s infrastructure into projects serving the community.

Pi Coin Declines Below $0.08 Despite Upcoming Ecosystem Summit

Pi Coin (PI) remains under selling pressure despite the network’s announcement of its first Ecosystem Summit. TradingView’s daily PI/USDT chart shows the cryptocurrency trading at $0.07873, down 0.93%.

The token remains below the $0.08 level, extending its broader downward movement from September’s higher trading range. Its daily Bollinger Bands indicate weakening price momentum, with PI trading below the $0.08158 middle band.

Meanwhile, the upper Bollinger Band stands at $0.08788, while the lower boundary sits near $0.07529. These levels place PI closer to the lower band, reflecting persistent weakness across the daily timeframe.

The Relative Strength Index stands at 37.97, below the neutral level of 50 but above the oversold threshold. This reading indicates limited buying strength as the cryptocurrency struggles to regain higher price levels. A recovery above $0.08158 would bring the $0.08788 resistance level into view, while $0.07529 represents nearby downside support.

The November summit will bring developers together for platform announcements, technical demonstrations, application showcases, and details about another hackathon.
