Gerber, an Ohio-based registered investment adviser managing $592 million in assets, has disclosed an investment in the Franklin XRP exchange-traded fund through a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The disclosure adds another institutional investor to the expanding list of wealth managers allocating capital to XRP-focused investment products.
The SEC filing shows Gerber owns 12,958 shares of the Franklin XRP ETF. While the position remains relatively modest, it reflects a broader trend of registered investment advisers adding regulated XRP exposure to client portfolios. Moreover, the latest disclosure reinforces growing institutional participation in the XRP ETF market.
Several investment advisers have reported similar positions through recent SEC filings. Consequently, the filings suggest that professional wealth managers are gradually broadening their cryptocurrency allocations beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum investment products.

More advisers disclose XRP ETF positions
Gallacher Capital Management LLC reported ownership of 86,744 shares of the Canary XRP ETF in a July 17 SEC filing. The position carried a reported value of approximately $961,126. Additionally, the disclosure highlighted another adviser selecting regulated XRP exposure through an exchange-traded fund.
Vista Finance LLC disclosed one of the largest institutional XRP ETF holdings reported so far. Its July 16 filing revealed ownership of 129,958 shares of the Franklin XRP ETF. The investment was valued at approximately $11.45 million when the filing was submitted.
Meanwhile, CPR Investments, a Michigan-based registered investment adviser, also disclosed an XRP ETF allocation. Its July 15 filing showed ownership of 36,619 shares of the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF, valued at approximately $363,627. Hence, multiple advisers have entered the XRP ETF market through different investment products.
Although these holdings remain considerably smaller than many institutional Bitcoin ETF positions, the disclosures demonstrate that XRP ETFs are attracting broader interest from professional investment firms. Furthermore, the filings indicate that advisers are steadily expanding their digital asset strategies through regulated investment vehicles.
XRP ETF assets post steady growth
Institutional disclosures have coincided with positive inflows into U.S. spot XRP ETFs. The funds recorded net inflows of 532,500 XRP on July 27. Additionally, they attracted 5.09 million XRP on July 21, 2.27 million XRP on July 20, and 6.10 million XRP on July 16.
Combined assets across U.S. XRP ETFs have reached approximately $683.66 million. Bitwise manages the largest share with roughly $243 million in assets. Meanwhile, the Canary XRP ETF holds nearly $223 million, while the Franklin XRP ETF oversees approximately $167 million. Consequently, asset growth and institutional disclosures continue to reflect increasing adoption of regulated XRP investment products.
Gerber’s SEC filing adds another registered investment adviser to the expanding XRP ETF market. Moreover, growing ETF assets and a rising number of institutional disclosures indicate that professional wealth managers are steadily increasing their exposure to regulated XRP investment products.
