SBI is offering free XRP rewards to attendees of an upcoming Tokyo investment seminar, as the Japanese financial group increases efforts to introduce digital assets to traditional investors through regulated financial platforms and educational investment programs. The company confirmed that every approved in-person participant will receive 1,000 yen worth of XRP through an active SBI VC Trade account, while organizers continue encouraging traditional investors to explore cryptocurrency exposure through structured financial discussions instead of speculative trading activity.
According to the official announcement, the seminar will take place on June 30 at Yomiuri Otemachi Hall in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, where financial experts plan to discuss market resilience despite continuing geopolitical tensions and uncertain economic conditions across several major economies.
SBI Global Asset Management and the Yomiuri Shimbun Group Headquarters organized the event together. Moreover, the seminar will examine why financial markets continue recording gains even while inflation concerns and international economic pressures continue affecting investor sentiment worldwide.
The XRP incentive has become one of the event’s main attractions for retail investors seeking cryptocurrency exposure through regulated financial channels. However, organizers stated that only 333 physical attendees will qualify for the XRP distribution and additional event benefits offered during the seminar.

SBI Pushes XRP Adoption Through Investor Education
Tomoya Asakara, President and CEO of SBI Global Asset Management, will lead the opening presentation during the seminar. According to the published event schedule, Asakura plans to explain why investment markets continue performing strongly despite unstable global financial conditions and growing economic uncertainty.
Besides the macroeconomic discussion, the seminar will also address long-term investment planning, portfolio diversification strategies, and financial management approaches designed for ordinary investors navigating increasingly unpredictable market environments.
Sayaka Aoki, a Japanese media personality and essayist, will join Asakura during the second session of the event, where both speakers are expected to discuss practical financial planning methods suitable for younger and less experienced investors.
Aoki currently writes the financial education column “Sayaka Aoki Learns About Money” for the Yomiuri Shimbun. Consequently, organizers expect her participation to make the discussion more accessible to retail investors exploring digital assets for the first time.
Limited Rewards Reserved for Physical Attendees
Additionally, organizers confirmed that in-person attendees will receive complimentary refreshments and limited “Neko Pitcher” merchandise during the event, alongside the XRP rewards distributed through SBI VC Trade accounts. Online viewers can also stream the seminar remotely through official broadcast channels. However, only physical attendees will qualify for the cryptocurrency rewards and promotional merchandise connected to the event.
Supporting partners include SBI Securities, SBI Asset Management, SBI VC Trade, and Wealth Advisor. Meanwhile, organizers emphasized that advance registration remains mandatory because attendance capacity remains limited for security and venue management purposes.
SBI has maintained strong support for XRP-related services across Japan’s financial industry for several years. Consequently, the latest seminar reflects the company’s continuing strategy of introducing cryptocurrency products to mainstream investors through regulated financial initiatives and broader financial education campaigns.
