Bitcoin (BTC) continued its modest upward trend today, trading at $111,167 after gaining 2.3 percent in the past 24 hours. The leading cryptocurrency recorded a slight 0.1 percent increase in the past hour, with a 1.7 percent gain over the last seven days.
Ethereum (ETH) followed with a stronger performance, climbing 6.3 percent in the last day to trade at $2,785.39. ETH has been one of the best weekly performers, recording a weekly gain of 7.6 percent. The trading volume of the ETH was $27.6 billion, denoting continued interest by investors.
XRP also demonstrated significant growth, advancing by 3.7 percent in the last 24 hours and amounting to $2.42. It registered a weekly gain of 6.4 percent, which saw it claim a spot in the top five coins in terms of market capitalisation.
BNB (BNB) gained slightly by 1.3 percent to $672.70, showing slower upward momentum with a weekly increase of only 1.8 percent. Today, Solana (SOL) experienced a 2.8 percent rise to $157.04, though its seven-day increase remained relatively low at 0.8 percent.

Altcoin Momentum Builds as MemeCore (M), Hyperlane (HYPER) Lead Daily Gainers
Dogecoin (DOGE) advanced 5 percent in the past 24 hours, bringing its price to $0.1807. Cardano (ADA) also gained traction, rising 4.1 percent to $0.6198. TRON (TRX) registered a 1.7 percent rise and was trading at $0.2916. Hyperliquid (HYPE) rose by 6 percent, or to $41.58 per day.

Altcoin (ALT) was one of the most significant gainers of the day, and it rose by 203.1 percent to close at 0.06016. Second by a large margin was Hyperlane (HYPER) with a gain of 147.1 percent to $0.2834.
MemeCore (M) recorded a 71.2 percent increase to 0.3596 dollars, and Cross (CROSS) gained 45 percent and reached 0.1258 dollars. Startup (STARTUP) completed the list of the top movers with a rise of 38.5 percent to $0.03713.
Lido Staked Ether (STETH) followed the same path as Ethereum and gained 6.2 percent at $2,784.62, for a weekly gain of 7.6 percent. Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) also followed Bitcoin and traded at $111,039, with a 2.3 percent daily growth.
